INDEX OF THIS SITE
Ian Ching is
a pseudonym. I choose the name Ian Ching because it is has both a western part
as well as an eastern part, and as such symbolises the western and eastern part
of neo-buddhist philosophy as I present it here. The name Ian is derived from
Ayn, the first name of the writer and objectivist philosopher Ayn Rand. Ching
is derived from the book Tao te Ching, written by Lao Tsé. Both philosophies
are incorporated in Neo-Buddhism, for I see Taoïsm, Buddhism, objectivism and
pragmatism all as parts of the puzzle.
